The Dr. Katarzyna Cieslak’s Foundation Board would like to invite you to

the 6th Competition for the works of young Polish and foreign researchers in art history and culture of Pomerania, Warmia and Mazury

Participants can submit works published in the years 2011-2014 and defended at the same time unpublished doctoral dissertations and master's thesis from the fields specified by the rules of the competition, whose authors are persons not exceeding forty years of age.

The main prize of 10,000 polish zloty
The special prize for distinguished master's thesis of 3000 polish zloty

Deadline for submission of science works published or defended in the years 2011-2014
will expire on 31 October 2014.

Conditions of the 6th Competition
for the works of young Polish and foreign researchers
in art history and culture of Pomerania, Warmia and Mazury

1. Competition is organized by the Dr. Katarzyna Cieslak’s Foundation.

2. Participants can submit works published in the years 2011-2014 and defended at the same time unpublished doctoral dissertations and master's thesis from the fields specified by the rules of the competition, whose authors are persons not exceeding forty years of age.

3. Work (in print) should be submitted by 31 October 2014 at the headquarters of the Foundation or sent by post mail to the same address (evidenced by the postmark).

4. The copy of the work handed over to the Competition remains the property of the Foundation.

5. In the case of unpublished thesis and dissertations, please attach a photocopy of the relevant diploma. Please also enclose a completed competition entry form, available on the website of the Foundation.

6. The main prize of 10,000 polish zloty and the special prize for distinguished master's thesis of 3000 polish zloty, will be award by the Jury constitute by the Dr. Katarzyna Cieslak’s Foundation. In justified cases, the Jury may decide not to award the prizes.

7. Announcement of results and awards ceremony will take place in January 2015. The place and date of the ceremony, participants will be notified in a separate letter.
